The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 41-year-old Jorge Hernandez, who has moved to a residence on Quinlan Street in Yorktown Heights.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Hernandez as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Hernandez had sexual contact with his 9-year-old victim in November 2015 and he was convicted of forcible touching and sentenced to six years probation the following year. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Yorktown Town Police Department.
